Active Glow formerly Active Girls, is designed to foster self-esteem and life skills development in every camper while having fun, staying active, and making friends. Campers will enjoy yoga, pilates, spa days, creating dance routines as well as many mainstream sports and activities. Using technical and creative resources, a supportive group of experienced educators and mentors will provide positive role models and hands-on experience. Campers provide their own lunch and snacks. Active Gamer don’t just play games, they make them! We offer computer programming, some gameplay, plus fun camp activities that create a well-rounded summer camp experience. Physical activity and fitness are matched with software development and gameplay. Active Gamer promotes the importance of balancing physical fitness and screen time. Campers will use Lego Mindstorms to develop, program, test, and compete with their working models.
